SummaryOur process has been successfully used in the implementation of many different projects. Since many of our clients needs are dynamic, we work hard to provide the documentation you need to make good decisions and maintain operational control over your systems.
Steps
1. Work Specifications - develop an initial specification to outline the work to be performed.
2. Statement of Work (SoW) - Sinewave responds with a Statement of
Work (SoW), which includes description of services provided, estimated
level of effort, and terms and conditions.
3. SoW Approval - The SoW is approved and work begins according to the terms in that document.
4. SoW Completion - Work is completed. Confirmation that work meets
the standard of quality laid out in the aforementioned documents.
All approved SoW’s will be assigned a project identification number,
and become addendum's to the existing General Consulting Agreement
(GCA).
Our team is always available to answer any questions that you may have
about Sinewave. Please contact us today to find out more.
