Does your company use a Content Management System (CMS) to manage your on-line content? ![]() One of the most important factors to having a successful web presence is fresh and dynamic content. If your website has become stale, perhaps a CMS system if right for you. There are many different choices when looking for a CMS. One option to strongly consider is the wide array of open-source CMS solutions that have matured into competitive alternatives. Some CMS systems are closed and proprietary (Lotus Notes), and can be very expensive to implement and maintain. Open Source has many choices that have many of the features of the more expensive options. Be sure to consider all available options before deciding on a CMS platform, and open source should be one of the strongest contenders. |
